The Rosewill Cat 6 Network Cable offers a reliable Ethernet connection. It is designed to handle high bandwidth intensive application, and drastically reduces both impedance and structural return loss (SRL), as compared to standard 100 MHz wire, to ensure error-free transmission. The durable blue jacket easily color-codes your cable runs while providing rugged flexibility for your network connection. To ensure long lasting performance, the cable features strain relief to prevent the RJ45 from bending at sharp angle, and a snag-less design to protect the RJ45 clip from damage during installation.

1 out of 5 eggsCable works, but fails Fluke diags

Pros: Cables work, good price, free shipping

Cons: Ordered two and both cables show shorts on two cable pairs at the eight foot mark in the run. Used Fluke 620 to test. Don't recommend these cables for enterprise use. Ok for home use, though.

Other Thoughts: Won't order these again

4 out of 5 eggsso far so good

Pros: The make secure connections and are flexible. Price is ok. Packaging good.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: easier and easier now to buy a less expensive Roswell item that matches the specs of brandnames not worth their inflated prices.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Does its job well. I wasn't very gentle getting it through the wall, and it survived nicely.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Shielding and insulation are sufficient.

5 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Needed a new cable for gaming. The old patch cable I made crapped out, so I decided to just buy a cat6. Works well on a gigabit network.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: 14 ft for 5 bucks, not bad. The shipping was half that though.

5 out of 5 eggsIt's Cat6 cable...

Pros: It works on Gigabit Ethernet (to be expected).

Cons: It's hard wired cable.

Other Thoughts: If only Wireless didn't fry our brains, then cables would be obsolete

5 out of 5 eggsCat 6 cable

Pros: Works great as a new cable should. I changed modem and cable so I don't know what helped but my service is faster.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: New Egg has pretty high shipping charges on cables if shipped alone. Would be nice if they would offer these products with Egg Saver shipping. Logic would lead one to combine this with other items to make the shipping negligible.

5 out of 5 eggsIn the fast lane

Pros: This cable is really thick and sturdy. The real nice kind. Since it's over 10 ft and under $3.00 in price, I'd say that this cable has fulfilled its duty already. I just wish that my internet service provider would allow me to use it with there hardware so I could tell you if it works or not. It's on hand at any time now.

Cons: The little clip is tight, but it is not lose. In fact, its completely the opposite and it fits super perfect and even "snaps" into a socket nice and neatly. You got to press it down a little more to get it to unclip. I suppose the brand new crispness of the cable is what that is. No worries.

Other Thoughts: This cable is by far the most durable CAT cable I have ever purchased. I wonder if it works well as a patch cable since its 14 ft. I figured what the heck since it was the cheapest.

4 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: It's a cat 6 network cable. It works.

Cons: It is extremely hard to get out of an ethernet port once you plug it in. If you frequently unplug your network cables, this is not the cable for you.

Other Thoughts: If you don't plan on unplugging it very often, this cable is great. 5 eggs for the product, -1 egg for difficulty in removal.
