5 out of 5 eggsQuality Product

Pros: I often make my own cables but sometimes buy pre-made ones too since it is much easier to buy than to take time to make and get a quality item, I especially prefer to buy pre-made ones when want a standard length if need custom length then I will definitely make my own, very happy with the quality of Rosewill cables

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsLong cable

Pros: 75' was the perfect length for my particular application. No signal loss. Slightly improved speed over wireless connection on my laptop. Was cheaper with two 25' cat6 cables than one 50' cable at the closest brick n mortar that had it (yes there is a store with ONE within 20 minutes)

Cons: It isn't made of rainbows and sunshine

1 out of 5 eggsTerrible smell

Pros: Liked the price.

Cons: I bought this cable a year ago and ended up not actually using it so I sealed it in a ziplock bag and put it in a box in my closet. I noticed a terrible plastic-y chemical smell that I couldn't tell where it was coming from. But one day I opened the box and could tell the smell was coming from this cable. The smell lingered for a days after I moved it out of the house. The cable has been sitting outside for a month and while the smell is slightly less, it is still too strong to bring back in. I guess it is on its way to the landfill.

I have heard that many products coming out of China lately have this odor, though I don't actually know where these are manufactured. I recently bought some XLR microphone cables that have the same smell which it said were manufactured in China, luckily I could return them to the store where I bought them. So, I won't be buying cables off the internet where I can't smell them first!

Google "smelly plastic from China"

I wonder if they are toxic...

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic connection

Pros: This is one of the greatest upgrades my computer has ever experienced. It's cheaper than any worthwhile wifi card, without any wireless interference, and higher bandwidth for inter-network transfers.

Cons: Obviously you will have to figure out where you need to string the cable, which can be a problem.

Other Thoughts: If your computer is within 75' of your network, if it is at all possible, just go for a huge network cable like this. The connection is incomparable, and it's long enough to tuck behind couches and in corners.

5 out of 5 eggsworks fine

Pros: It's cheap. It works. It's 75 feet long.

Cons: Kind of hard to remove plug once in a Xbox 360.
Not a terrible hindrance, just a minor annoyance.

Other Thoughts: The connector on the Xbox 360 is in a somewhat tight spot. It was difficulty to press down on the clip sufficiently enough to remove it. I eased this by removing the plastic bubble that rests over the clip.

5 out of 5 eggsAMAZING

Pros: Amazing cable, still using it today.
Nice and thick to prevent damage.

I know, I've run over it a few times with my chair and various other things already.

Cons: Lol, Cons?

Other Thoughts: Would definitly buy again if I needed too.
But seeing as how this cable is so good I don't need to.
