5 out of 5 eggsWorth it.

Pros: Length, Durability .

Cons: Not easy to untangle, not really a "con".

Other Thoughts: Not much to review on a cable. Solid cable, pretty standard. Works great.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Cable

Pros: -Blazing fast internet speed
-Long
-cat6
-Solid, seems like it can take some abuse

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Went from using my laptop which was wireless to a desktop using this cable. So much faster, and is consistently connected, unlike wireless which is not ideal for gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat product

Pros: Great cord and rugged. Had to staple it to the wall to run it from upstairs to down and it's great. Super connection and zero loss. Wired beats wireless-n any day of the week. (And I've played with multiple wireless-n setups

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Great length of cable, was able to go from living room, out back window up the outer wall into the upstairs bedroom, around through a closet to another room, out onto a balcony running along the front over to another bedroom window, to the desktop. With a few feet to spare. Data speed is great, full bandwidth speeds with this cable.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: Cheapest price, recommended if you need to get internet throughout your house.

5 out of 5 eggsAffordable stranded cable

Pros: Stranded Cable!

Very good end adapters, very flexible. End adapters look like they could withstand being tripped over!

Cons: Not solid. It is what it is and not worth losing an egg.

Other Thoughts: Stranded Cable! Not solid! If you use this for a cable run in the house, be aware the stranded cable doesn't work with all in-wall jack adapters or punch-down blocks! I learned this after running the cable, of course. The symptom is no signal from the adapter, but a continuity test of the wire is fine. The punch-down jacks are built for solid wire and have enough space in-between the blades that they can't grab stranded wire to make a good connection.

I came up with a novel fix - I stripped away about 1/8" of the shielding and used my soldering iron to melt some solder into the strands, then carefully punched down the wires. Presto they now work with off-the-shelf RJ45 jacks! For in-home use this is fine. Getting full speed from both ends of the cable and zero errors. I would not recommend this for installations where the wires could be prone to movement as on a large punch-down block, but those types of installs usually use solid wire anyway so this should not be a problem

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Cable!

Pros: Long cable, great price, Cat6, and it seems like it's well made.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Excellent value. I would have paid around three times what I did from Newegg at a local retailer for a cable of the same length.

2 out of 5 eggsBought 3, 1 was DOA.

Pros: It was cheap.

Cons: So cheap, some fail.

Other Thoughts: I ordered them early for the WMC in Miami. I was planning to use them to transport video via VGA extenders. The signal on the other two was acceptable and they also worked @ GB speeds when working with data. The defective cable would not connect via ethernet, and the video had a yellow color. I looked really stupid. Now I have to go touring and I am prepping my show and I dont have time to go shopping for a cable.

5 out of 5 eggsWorked as advertised

Pros: It's a network cable. I checked around and you can't beat Newegg's price, or at least I couldn't. As usual with Newegg. I received it quickly, in good condition and it is working flawlessly. It's Newegg for all my electronics because I comparison shop. They're the best in the business!

Cons: None
