Other Thoughts: Bought to have a second cable to transfer pictures from my digital camera at the office as well as home without having to carry the cable around. Works like a charm.

Pros: I bought this USB cable because I needed a new one for my MP3 player. Works great!

Cons: It worked, but the problem is when I connect this to my external hard drive, my hard drive keeps telling me I have to format it to get it working..I was like what~~

Cons: Bought 2, neither worked. When back to old 3' cables. Not worth the cost of shipping to RMA.

Pros: Perfect length, looks solid.

Cons: I bought 20 of these cables and 6 of them were bad! 30% failure rate seems terrible, but I guess they're cheap enough that most people won't even bother to return them?

Pros: Gets job done, great length for travel and desk

Pros: I will use this cable for my digital camera which, when I use it, will be just inches away from my computer.

Very well made product also.

Eliminates that tangle of unneeded cable.

Cons: Can't imagine any.
