Pros: Very good transfer rates, with a thick cable. I am pleased with these and would order them again if needed.

Cons: The thickness of the cable does make them a bit inflexible. I ordered them so that I would be able to let USB3 flash drives with OSs on them hang from my laptop. They basically end up pointing straight up. Not a con, but not what I had thought...

Other Thoughts: used it for my corsair sapphire case which doesn't support usb 3.0 via motherboard tray so i had to to da looptie loop to the back of mobo's i/o panel to the cases panel front port...

Pros: Nice and short, good if you just want to extend a rear USB 3.0 port on a nettop. The cable itself feels pretty rugged.

Cons: The ends fit entirely too loosely. All it takes is a slight jostle or side to side wiggle on either connector to lose the connection to the system.

I tested this across two different computers by plugging my USB 3.0 Flash drive directly into each system. One system had slight problems due to plug depth, but the other had a good, snug connection. Add the cable and a slight bump with disconnect you.

Other Thoughts: This may be a slight problem with the USB 3.0 physical specification itself, as the rear five connectors are so deep inside the USB plug, but the cable itself definitely exacerbates these problems.

Pros: Own 2 of the the 1.5ft USB 3.0 cables and am using currently on a new build with onboard USB 3.0 and previously with a Azio 2 port pci-e board with 500gb Seagate Freeagent GO drives. Transfer speeds in all cases in the 60mbs+ range. Have never lost connection during operation with these cables.

Cons: They are only 1.5ft long. This works well if you do not want a cable mess or getting hung up on extra cable only to have your hard drive flung around.
