5 out of 5 eggsJust what I need

Pros: Working cord with locking latches so you know it's connected and will stay connected.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Do not be mistaken. This cord isn't huge in fact it may seem quite small to some. If you have a large space between your MOBO and HD's don't purchase a 10" cord. This cord is just the right size for me as I don't enjoy having a super long cord just taking up space inside my PC.

1 out of 5 eggsListen to Reviews, Terribly Short.

Pros: Speed. Look cool because they are round.

Cons: They are 4 inches long. Unusable.

Other Thoughts: I don't think I'll ever buy Rosewill again. After this and the junk case I bought.

3 out of 5 eggsDirectional

Pros: The style matched the other 3 Rosewill blue round sata cables that I already used in computer build.

Cons: The 90 degree connector is keyed the same on both ends, but it will not work motherboards with side mount sata connectors like the Gigabyte I'm using. If each end was keyed opposite, then I could use them on the top motherboard connectors. I guess they will stay in the bags they came in.

Other Thoughts: Also, they are kind of on the short side of 10 inches, since the 90 degree end uses up some of the length. Make sure that you have the components close together that connect.

5 out of 5 eggsFairly straight forward.

Pros: Fantastic little SATA III cable. Works well and as advertised.

Cons: It will be shorter than you would think. 10" seemed short to me, anyway, in my Micro ATX case. Deceptive, and my own fault so not really a con, just a warning.

Other Thoughts: Make sure that you know that the 90 degree angle is "down" and that your case and drives work with those dimensions. Know what you're getting before you buy it. There is no reason for this product to get anything less than five stars.

1 out of 5 eggsNot 10 inches as described and really poor quality

Pros: None, as it did not serve the purpose

Cons: While the description says that its 10 inch long, in reality, its more like 8" - maybe they added an inch on both side for the connectors. I ordered this, because I wanted to keep the insides of my desktop clear from loops of a longer cable and 10" would make it perfect, but because it was not 10" long, I can't really get it to reach my hard disk (it misses it by an inch - even if it were 9" it would have stretched and made it...) What's worse is that the cord is really thick and stiff due to which you can't really bend it or do anything much with it. A flat style cable might be better.

Other Thoughts: Little disappointed with the manufacturer, won't say its newegg's fault as how would they know what inside a sealed packet. The outside of the packed does say 10 inches. Since sending it back (RMA) would cost almost as much as the cost of the product, I guess I will let it be and just avoid Rosewill products in future. If you need a cable for your networking needs, just go for their longer 18" model.

2 out of 5 eggsvery short cable

Pros: Cable does work

Cons: very short cable. I bought 2 for my full size atx case and could only use one. Only the HDD would reach. Also the product description was wrong as the cable had 2 right angle connectors instead of 1 right angle and 1 straight connector.

2 out of 5 eggsSad, Sad, Cable

Pros: SATA III

Cons: Really, really short cable. Reminds me of something you'd find in a Micro ATX case.

Other Thoughts: If you have a Full ATX board, don't even bother. If you have Micro ATX, feel free to buy it. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

1 out of 5 eggs;(

Pros: Honestly I didn't see any other than being SATA III.

Cons: Two right angle connectors on an 8 inch cord doesn't leave much to connect to. It was advertised as one straight one angled. Cord barely flexes also, making installation even more of a PITA.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you very much for purchasing this unit. We strive to provide the most reliable and highest quality products to our customers. The cable that you have does have 2 right angled plugs on it. Please contact the Rosewill support team either via phone at 800-575-9885 or via email at techsupport@rosewill.com and we can help you to get the correct cable.
Thanks,
Rosewill Customer Care

4 out of 5 eggswrong description

Pros: Assume it works.

Cons: Picture is correct, description is wrong.

Other Thoughts: I always place my order based off of description, it was wrong. Double checked just before I wrote this review and it says one straight and one 90 degree end. Bought 3 cables total, 2 styles, both descriptions are wrong. Now I have 3 cables with 6 90 degree connectors that are useless to me
