Other Thoughts: for DVI andHDMI, you dont need gold plating and such. your picture will be exactly the same !

good cables are important in analog devices (speakers, etc), but for digital signal, just take a cable that is long enough for your needs

Pros: Nice long cables. Even though they are the wrong ones, they do work.

Cons: Although the pictures don't really show it, these have the four pins around the spades. You have to look very carefully to see the pins. I ended up using needle-nose pliers to pull the pins out of four sets of cable. I had already opened the package, and didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the wrong item. Also, the spades on this model is larger then the spades on the non-pinned models. I had to do some port modifications to make these work.

Other Thoughts: Dropped one egg because of neweggs bad photography.

Pros: Excellent quality, very long, yet at a competitive price! I am using it to route signal from one of three monitors to the PC, since the 3rd monitor is a bit far away.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Make sure you know what DVI-I means. There are other types of DVI connectors and cables, so if your monitor is DVI-D only, then a DVI-I cable like this one will not fit into the connector because it has extra pins for analog support (RGB and hsync).
