Justin 3/25/2011 7:31:57 PM Tech Level: 4/5 Ownership: 4/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 5/5It does it's job Pros: I needed something to connect monitor with a VGA port to my new graphics card (which only had DVI, HDMI, and DisplayPort - it's the AMD 6970) until I had the money to get the monitor I planned on using. No problems at all. Once I stopped using it, my friend used it for a similar reason with no problems. Cons: None at all Other Thoughts: Just make sure to do research to make sure your DVI port isn't a DVI-D port. DVI-D ports only accept digital, and VGA is analog. This doesn't convert from analog to digital, just converts the type of port. As far as I know, most DVI ports are DVI-I (both analog and digital accepted), but definitely something to check first. Bought it to temporarliy connect an old CRT while installing software to a new workstation I was building that had only DVI connectors for multiple LCD monitors.
