Connections are solid (and appear to even be gold plated, not that it matters for optical. Cable is sturdy but highly flexible; coils easily if needed. Cons: Um, too long for my present needs? Same price as a lot of the 6ft ones so may as well get it. Other Thoughts: Don't ever pay retail for a 'high quality' $70 optical cable, biggest ripoff imaginable. Did you find this review helpful? Other Thoughts: We used coils of these fibers in physics class to measure the speed of light once. a fun project if you are interested 9.84ft? not really sure why significance to two decimal places is necessary (I have not verified to preserve the neat factory coil) but heck I like the honesty.
