They are very well designed. Something did happen to one of the protectors a few months ago. It acted as advertised - nothing which was plugged into it was damaged. However, the surge protector itself was dead. A call to Belkin was all that was required. A replacement was sent promptly - even better than the one which died doing its job. I like this Belkin product class, and most other Belking computer products.
