Versatile Protection for All Electronics

The TLP1008TEL offers cost-effective surge protection for PCs, peripheral devices and all electronics. It provides 10 AC outlets, including four widely spaced outlets that accommodate bulky transformers without blocking other outlets. Built-in sliding safety covers protect unused outlets. An 8-ft. cord enables connection to a distant wall outlet and a space-saving right-angle plug allows furniture to be placed flush against the wall. Four keyhole slots on the back of the unit enable the TLP1008TEL to be wall-mounted.

Built-In Diagnostic and Alarm Capabilities

Two diagnostic LEDs (GROUNDED & PROTECTED) show power and protection status, enabling you to recognize power problems before they affect your valuable equipment. The GROUNDED LED verifies that the TLP1008TEL is connected to a properly grounded wall outlet. The PROTECTED LED indicates that surge protection is available. Switch on the body allows full shutdown of all items plugged in. Screw sockets on the back allowed me to mount this upright inside the knee cutout on the desk. This reduces floor clutter and keeps things tidy and dust free and puts the main switch within easy reach. Cons: None Other Thoughts: Arrived next day even though it had 3-day shipping. Also comes with a nice warranty and features to let you know that it is at its optimal level(2 little diodes). A little higher on the price for a surge suppressor but you pay for what you get.
