Pros: The cable pictured is great. It's sturdy, well made and need them for front mounted dual redundant power supplies so they can be stacked vertically running the cables in connector notch and plug head is short enough to close front server case cover without interfering.

Cons: Love NewEgg where orders rarely go wrong and returns are easy... the extra time and cost to get suitable replacements is just inconvenient. The cable now packaged has a longer solid rectangular female head and the cabling looks to thin to be 18AWG. Anyway, this is just a heads up that the mfg item changed and is no longer what is pictured.

Other Thoughts: Changed item might explain the sudden recent drastic drop in price.
