My old power supply was horizontal but my new one is vertical. By horizontal I mean the large middle prong on the power supplies AC connection is either on the top or bottom, and vertical is were the large middle prong is to the left or right. To have this cable directed down you need to have a power supply were the middle prong is to the right. - just makes things look cleaner

- seems to be of decent quality
