1 out of 5 eggsAlmost DOA/Almost Junk

Pros: It's round and flexable.

Cons: Works on my Dell XPS 13, But wont work on my desk top.

Other Thoughts: Its also slower than the flat Rosewell cable by atleast 20-30 meg per sec.
If yor looking for a good cable go for the rosewell flat cable,it's not as flexable but it's fast and reliable.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks Well... at 3Gbps

Pros: First of all... ignore the complaints about speed. If your setup is done well, your speeds are perfect (I get about 110 MB/s sustained transfer on an HD movie from drive to drive).
The round cable is great. It's easier to manipulate and there are no engineering pitfalls... theres a pretty picture on the back to explain to you how its built without being a "flat Cable".

Cons: See Other Thoughts...

Other Thoughts: So... it says 6 Gbps in the item name... But nowhere on the packaging or cable does it say 6 Gbps. In fact, it says 3 Gbps in a few spots. Now I don't currently have the hardware to verify his (no 6 Gbps sata ports on my mobo, and no 6 Gbps eSata HDDs at all that I'm aware of). But I am skeptical...
4 Stars because of this anomaly.

1 out of 5 eggsBaaaaad Cable

Pros: It works... somewhat

Cons: ...Continuation

Other Thoughts: I'm using a Sil4726 port bridge multiplier with 3 WD RE 320GB... with this... the highes transfer rate i've seen is 126MB per second... average about 70~80MB... but It's like Cox's power boost... burst rate is higher for a few seconds... would stay aroun 110 MB then slowly drops down to 70~80MB

1 out of 5 eggsBaaaaad Cable

Pros: It works... somewhat... cheapest at the time of purchase

Cons: Transfer rate is sloooow... also would disconnect or lock up on transfer. I would get 10 ~ 20 MB tranfer rate with this cable vs the Rosewill... would get around 80 MB per second.
Tested on 2 System, other systems are similar and minor differences such as M2N32 WS instead of SLI Deluxe, etc...

Other Thoughts: i've also purchase the Rosewill (RC-6.56-eSATA-MM-BK - Retail) the next week and it works alot better than this cable. Initially... this cable (OKGear GC6EAK) was the cheaper route... but get the Rosewill... it will save you headache.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect

Pros: A nice 6' cable, with e-sata connectors on both ends (i.e., "I" connectors, not sata "L" connectors). Works great with my enclosure. Also comes with nicely fitting black plastic end caps on the ends for when storing.

Cons: None that I can think of. It is what it is and works as expected.

Other Thoughts: This cable is not "round" at all like an earlier reviewer implied. But it is too thick to call it 'flat' like internal sata cables are. This just seems to be because of the increased thickness of the plastic housing, not because it's going against spec as implied by that review. It's still sorta 'squarish', and the wires within are obviously still in a 'flat' ribbon arrangement.
Came in a blister pack, not a plastic bag like in the picture.
