5 out of 5 eggsLove it

Pros: Nice cable well built has locking tabs on both ends. extra long if you need one outside your case like I did.

Cons: if you have fat fingers, hard to get the lock tab unlocked on the motherboard.

Other Thoughts: winxp and win7 hotswap on sata id great. Computer is on (I hate to reboot mine). The process is to plug in power, plug in sata, go to device manager, scan for new devices. done and done. To uninstall hot, device manager, then uninstall from there. It may ask you to reboot, don't. unplug sata, then unplug Power

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT

Pros: I have had them for over one year. They work great, plus with UV they have a nice glow better than the green and way better than the red. With UV it's blue or green.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsIt does exactly what you think it does

Pros: This is a SATA cable, compatible with all 3 SATA revisions. Its great, it does exactly what you think it does.

Cons: There are no cons. its a cable.

Other Thoughts: It even comes in lots of different colors, just search for the color you want.

The blue is a very translucent, sky blue.

5 out of 5 eggsit seems to work great

Pros: Good looking cable and plenty of length, although I really didn't need it that long. It does help with routing and hiding cable if your into that sort of thing. Bought 2 of them for my new system build and they work great. Have had them for close to 6 months now.

Cons: none.

2 out of 5 eggsGot a Straight to Straight cable :/

Pros: I did get an SATA cable that was blue, 36" long and functional.

Cons: I ordered a cable with a right angle, and even though the packaging for the actual cable identified it as a straight to right angle cable, the actual cable had two straight ends. I got it all to fit inside the case, but the right angled one would've fit better with how my HDDs sit in my case.

Other Thoughts: At the end of the day, it fit in the box and transfers data. My problem with it is not large enough to make me want to unscrew the case to get it out again.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Value Cable

Pros: It is exactly what it claims to be, SATA cable, with a right angle connector on one end, with metal locks on each end. I ordered 10 of these, and I am currently using 6 of them in 4 different PCs. Color did not matter to me, UV blue just happened to be what I got.

Cons: Doesn't wire itself in your PC.

Other Thoughts: Order a bunch, the S&H doesn't change with quantity. Three feet can seem a little long in compact cases, but with full sized towers it is just the right length.

5 out of 5 eggsnice

Pros: nice price, very flexible, fit nice even without the built in locking mechanism. havn't had one single problem in many applications of use. also look nice.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: the uv "glow" isn't that bright at any distance from UV light, due to the cable actually being translucent, but they do "glow". if you are buying strictly for uv reaction and want a really solid "glow" go with a solid colored cable... no egg deduction because they do "glow"

5 out of 5 eggsOKGEAR SATA II cable

Pros: These are awfully good cables if you need a 90 degree connector. This works well in cases like the Dell 9200, where the hard drive is turned sideways and the connectors could be easily damaged just by your putting the side of the case back on. It also seems better made than a lot of cables.

Cons: None at all,

Other Thoughts: These cables are good ones.
