1 out of 5 eggsPoor construction.

Pros: Ok let's start off with the obvious

These cables look great. When you buy sata cables, you pretty much buy whatever looks great and suits your needs. And boy do these things look great!

Pretty much all sata cables internals are the same, the only thing thats different is what it connects to.

Cons: You would think that buying a rounded cable would make things look better or even make things easier, WRONG.

these things are not only extremely stiff, but the rounded cable doesn't actually help whereas flat cables can bend easily around things like your motherboard tray

They also don't work. I bought 2 of these, and both of these gave me a ton of read errors at the begining, and while some data was accessible, it wouldn't let me do things like crystal disk mark with these cables meaning it's not a good connection to the sata port.

Other Thoughts: If only these would work. I'm going to stick to my flat black sata cables from now on. Spending $4 a cable to have them the exact opposite of what i was expecting, and to not work?

1 out of 5 eggsDead on Arrival

Pros: Well, I wish I could tell you.

Cons: Ordered to connect a Kingston 120GB SSD, cable won't work with any of my current drives or the new SSD

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent 6 Gb/s Round Cable

Pros: TRUE 6 Gb/s Cable.
One end straight the other end 90°.
Double shielded.

Cons: A bit stiff.. If you're buying these cables you should already know that!

Other Thoughts: I'm using these cables on two SanDisk 480 GB SSD Extreme drives. Transfer speeds are at the max..!

5 out of 5 eggsOKGEAR 18" Straight

Pros: Great data cable as I wanted to utilize the 6gbs SATA III with my new Kingston HyperX SSD drives thus I needed the right cable for the job as a stock SATA cable will not do it. Good stuff so far.

Cons: None to date very pleased with the cables.

Other Thoughts: Decided to take advantage of the SATA III ports with the higher data transfer rates so I purchased 3 more cables. Easy product to work with and the performance is spot on.

1 out of 5 eggsDisappointing for a purchased SATA cable

Pros: Looks nice
Clips into place (unfortunately clip breaks)
SATA 3.0 (Although not sure a SATA 3.0 cable really increases SATA 3.0 drive performance)

Cons: When shukffling around cords in my case the cable ripped out of the black clip at the end rendering the cable useless. Luckily I was able to dislodge the broken piece from inside my female mobo input. After doing some browsing it appears that I am not the only one who had this issue.

Other Thoughts: I bought these cables because I thought they would be superior to the stock cables (SATA 2.0). Unfortunately with poor quality control/design surrounding the connection to the end pieces, I'd highly recommend staying away from these cables.

4 out of 5 eggsI gotta Knife!!

Pros: Blu to match my a90 case and gigabyte board the round looks cooler than the flat IMO internal aluminum or tin shielding under the transparent blu looks cool tu.

Cons: The other reviews stated the bulkiness of the plug which is true, but what they failed to see is that you can point the plug at your nose and rest ins shoulder on the edge of a table and cut off the bulge top of one bottom of the other and faster than you can say circumcision you can plug em in your mobo parallel like on my gigabyte ud3h something

Other Thoughts: the conducters run straight through u can see em in these plugs. I had done the same with my black ones I got At fays for twice as much and saved on gas!!

1 out of 5 eggsBad Quality

Pros: none

Cons: The shielding/plastic cover of the cable has pulled out of the plug - very poor quality. Also, it is a stiff cable that is not as easy to route in your case like a flat cable is. Does not bend easily.

Other Thoughts: I would go with a flat cable, not the round ones - easier to route in your case

5 out of 5 eggsYay!

Pros: Metal latch! It worked! It was cheap! It also attractively matched my glorious color scheme! (that nobody can see!) sata 3!

Cons: Fried eggs and bacon didnt magically come with it.

Other Thoughts: Its a cable, it worked, it had metal latches (ooh aah) whatever! its worth it and its awesome.

5 out of 5 eggswow look at that bright cable

Pros: looked amazing under a uv light... extra reactive. i only needed a 12" uv cold cathode behind it to get both sides to react. probably due to the semi transparency of the cable covering so the uv can penetrate through to the front side.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: not really a con but if your hdd cage is close to the mb connector you may want to look somewhere for a shorter cable or use a different option. i had to loop the cable like
[MB] _O_ [SATA] and use a zip tie so it didnt look sloppy. but im still fully satisfying with this cable and will be another if i get an extra hdd
