5 out of 5 eggsshould read carefully

Pros: They look well made and inexpensive

Cons: I didn't read carefully ( it is for a pci express). I was looking for an 8 pin motherboard
extension. I didn't want to deduct any eggs because of that.
I'll use them eventually.

2 out of 5 eggsHorrible Quality

Pros: It extends the cable.

Cons: The connectors are awkwardly shaped causing a lot of issues connecting the two. Took a LOT of force to connect the two and even after that, I didn't trust the connection. Toss the cable in teh garbage.

5 out of 5 eggsREAD DETAILS EXPLICITLY

Pros: Sleeved
Sturdy plastics
It's an extension, it gets five eggs for working!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I am no PRO at builds but from everything I gather there is a PCI EXPRESS that requires an 8 pin connection. This is intended for the PCI EXPRESS CONNECTION not the 12 VOLT RAIL FOR MOTHERBOARDS! IF you buy this for your motherboard, UNDERSTAND YOU WILL NEED TO TRIM THE WIRE! Disregard all the poor ratings that state "didn't fit my motherboard =[" Read the descriptions prior please.

1 out of 5 eggsOne side fits...

Pros: One side fits

Cons: The side that should connect to the motherboard does not fit. After examining the connector more, there is extra plastic that is not supposed to be there. It appears to be a manufacturing defect. In my case it was a waste of money.

3 out of 5 eggsshorter than advertised

Pros: It worked like it should

Cons: Too short (actually 10")
Flimsy construction
Cheap plastic

Other Thoughts: I thought 12" meant 12" but apparently it doesn't

3 out of 5 eggsFit was very tight on one connector

Pros: It works!

Cons: Connector had some extra plastic that required some cutting with a razor knife to make it fit the female connector on the motherboard.

Other Thoughts: It works, don't be detered, but don't pay alot either.

3 out of 5 eggsWell-made and sleeved, but...

Pros: Sturdy and sleeved for cleanliness and looks.

Cons: The dual 4-pin connectors that are combined to be used as an 8-pin on my Corsair AX750 power supply would not plug in to this extension; a power connector that was purposely made as an 8-pin would probably fit, however.
