Pros: 12" long, very secure latching mechanism, 12" as specced

Cons: only comes in red?

Other Thoughts: I used this a on a wall hung case mod to extend an optical drive and it worked as advertised.

Pros: Works perfectly fine. Needed to extend a slim optical drive's SATA cable to reach the motherboard.

Cons: Shipping was twice the cost of the cable.

Pros: These cables are very useful for rack mount servers where the OEM cables are exactly the length they need to be for connecting to the original connectors. I used these inside a Dell R610 server to add a RAID card and extend the connections to reach my add on card.

Cons: Kind of expensive.
