Other Thoughts: I ordered this product and was disappointed to find out that it was not actually in stock and shipped by newegg as the site claims. It took 2 calls and lots of pressuring support to explain why the order was still in "packaging" after 2 days when the rest of the same order had already been delivered. They explained it was a third party warehouse and it would take 5-7 days to figure out what was happening. Just as I was about to disconnect from the 2nd support person, she found the tracking number, but still couldn't tell me where the warehouse was the item was being shipped from. According to UPS tracking, it is in Harrisburg, PA.
