4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Served its purpose.

Cons: Rendered useless after a surge...

Assumed that this would prevent surges by diverting the power safely, without shutting down. Instead it actually SELF DESTRUCTS.

Other Thoughts: I had this hooked up to my A/C as it was causing the fuse in my basement (for that outlet) to constantly reset. After using this surge protector for about 4 hours, it stopped providing power and sounded an alarm. According to the product description on the box, "the alarm indicates the surge protector has sacrificed itself to save your equipment".

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It's Monster, what else can I say?! I have use Monster products for years and never been disappointed.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Why spend thousands on home theater or computer equipment and not get the most out of it? DON'T let anyone tell you that Monster products aren't worth the extra money!

5 out of 5 eggs4 years and counting

Pros: - 4 years strong and it still says it's good
- well, the indicators to still tell you it's good, working, and that your ground is good
- power line filter removes quite a bit of that 60 hz hum from the speakers
- no speed drop when running the cable modem coax through it

Cons: Don't think so

Other Thoughts: I've been running this for 4+ years and it still is performing like it was new. Surger lights are still strong and line filter still works great. Connectors still haven't oxidized on anything because of the plating. Just a great surger all around!
