3 out of 5 eggstricky but works

Pros: -hot-swap capability when SATA configured as AHCI
-semi-clean installation
-quicker drive replacement/upgrade

Cons: -incompatible with FT02 in slot 4 (center slot) due to misalisngment of hard disk connectors with backplane
-very difficult to manage cables when installing more than four (I just purchased my fifth and the power cable clutter behind the right-side cover is quite intense)
-does NOT use 5-wire SATA power connector, but hot-swap still functions fine (AHCI can't send the device_poweroff command, but the drive can be ejected in software and removed slowly)

Other Thoughts: Worth the cost to me, even after purchasing 5 of them, I don't regret it, but it is far from a refined solution.

I'm with other owners in saying if this had been included with the case in full (all seven bays on the FT02 pre-mounted with the CP05) it would have been a more ideal solution as the cable management would have been straight from factory, and the alignment issues with the center HDD bay #4 probably wouldn't exist.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks as intended.

Pros: Love the easy hot-swap set up. It's a no brainer installation.

Cons: Could be a con but it shouldn't at the alignment has everything to do with hdd. So don't blame the product. Also you have to sleeve the power supply connectors yourself for a name brand product. It's not a sata II but it would be nice to make one that's sata III for future proof purposes. Other than that, that is it. They're really not cons from my POV. Just an afterthought when creating the product.

Other Thoughts: This product is typically made for the Raven. At least SST can make it longer to be able to extend and have some leeway to the fartherest drive bay in the Raven RV01.

5 out of 5 eggsbest case ever

Pros: everything. This case makes my pc run cooler, has a great layout, and organizes all my cables.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I don't see how anyone can break the front panel door. I am the biggest clutz on earth and am good at accidentally breaking things and I don't see how on earth this thing can ever break it is one of the sturdiest pieces of equipment I have ever owned.

As for the top not going on with a dvi adapter, most monitors this day in age have a dvi connector and every video card has a dvi connector because dvi is superior to vga, no one should be using a dvi to vga adapter anyways..dvi cables are not THAT expensive.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect

Pros: Perfect fit, used in a RV02.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Some said they had trouble with these lining up, not sure if it could be a case issue, bracket or maybe something on the type of drive but mine fit perfectly and the drives slid right in, I used WD Cavair Blues 500GB, The cables do come out the side making bay to bay mounting impossible unless theres something I'm missing, otherwise they work as intended, Im only using 2 drives in a 5 bay cage on a RV02 so i just used slot 1 and 3.

1 out of 5 eggsThey do not look like what's pictured

Pros: Great in theory, would have loved for them to fit/work.

Cons: you can't actually fit 5 of these in a Silverstone FT-02, you really can't even fit them side by side. I don't know if I received old-stock or new stock, but my power and sata cables come out of the adapter sideways. The 2 I purchased and the one that came with my FT-02 case all have the cables coming out the side, not straight out the back. They don't fit in the case and the drives don't like to slide into the adapters, even the power adapters didn't want to plug into one another.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste your money, it's quicker and cleaner to pop the back of the case off then to fiddle around trying to line up your drive to fit into the connector.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Easy to use, very convenient. Makes swapping out hard drives a snap.

Cons: 0

Other Thoughts: To the person below me, I used Icy Dock 2.5" to 3.5" adapter cage for my OCZ Agility Series SSD. It works flawlessly. If you want to be certain that you won't have any compatibility issues, spend the extra money and get the Icy Dock drive bay adapter, the peace of mind is well worth 20 bucks.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great device for making 3.5 inch drives hot swappable.

Cons: SilverStone does not make an mounting adapter to allow 2.5 inch drives to interface to these adapters. The standard mounting adapters for 2.5 to 3.5 inch drives does not work since the sata interface does not line up. I purchased extras for my RV01 Silverstone case but I can not mount my Solid State Drives in these bays.

Other Thoughts: Silverstone makes a mounting adapter for 2.5 to 3.5 inch drives and the interface on the 2.5 inch drive is the same. How hard would it be to make an adapter that positions the drive in the bay to line up with the interface.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat to have for spare

Pros: Great price and will buy more because it's the right price.

Cons: None. It's great to have a couple of these in the "spare parts" box.

Other Thoughts: I bought the Silverstone Raven RV01 case, which almost requires these. Works perfectly and cables are good length to get around that monster.

4 out of 5 eggswish it was included

Pros: It works, it screws in solid, and Functions without any problems.

Cons: I wish this was included in my case, i bought the raven and spent a lot of money, the case is great, i wish they would have included the rest of them.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: Bought 2 of these for the main purpose of future upgrades. Work fine, and very convenient.

Cons: Since 2 of them were cheap, i was able to get "Egg Saver" shipping. Well you may save $2-5, but I had to wait 8 days before i received my package from California. Wasn't too thrilled with this method of shipping. In all honestly, its better to pay the extra to get it in 3 days.

Other Thoughts: Silverstone rocks.
