SYBA SD-HMF-DVM HDMI To DVI Adapter

Pros: Its a cable. Works great.

Cons: Right angles would have been awesome.

Pros: Perfect fit with a 360 radiator in top the top bay of an Obsidian 800d. The controller itself is very nice looking a really gives off a polished look.

I really like how I can see the RPM status of my fans

Cons: Running the Temp Sensor cables is a little cumbersome if you have already installed MB, GPUS, Tubing, fans and Radiators.

Ideally this should be the first thing installed into your case.

Other Thoughts: Puts the NZXT Sentry to shame.

Pros: Simple Concept, Good Color, Does The Job, When It Works It Works Well, Oh And Its Cheap!

Cons: Design Is Not Sturdy, Mine Broke...Sort of...The Small metal grounding plate came off, the screws aren't long enough to screw into the dvi port. As a result it sometimes basically falls out of the port leaving behind the ground plate. I have to take the ground plate out of the dvi port to put it back on the dvi male end, or risk shoving the dvi male end back into the port. Also because of the screws I believe that is the sole reason for the ground plate falling off, and for all the problems I have had with this device.

Other Thoughts: I didn't expect much given the low price and the brand but come on. I guess I could simply glue the grounding plate onto the plastic body and grind a bit of plastic off the hdmi side around the screws, thus making the screws "longer".

Pros: It works and that's it. Not to much more you can say about it.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I think about 3 post down someone said it bent the pins on a $50 cable. My only thought's on that would be, you spent way to much on your HDMI cable. My cheap $7 15 foot cable worked just fine with it.

Pros: Plugs into one dvi output of my video card, goes all around my living room to my receiver and shoots a perfect Hi-Definition image and surround sounds in my home theatre. Simply just perfect. cheap, strong built, works like a charm

Cons: The adapter pushed in the pins on my $50 hdmi cable. The cable is now useless since it will not work on any other products that require hdmi.

Pros: Does what it's made to do. No visible graphic distortion.
Newegg has excellent shipping speeds, as usual.

Cons: A bit steep on the price, perhaps. Newegg got it to me in half the time that anyone else could have, though, so it's worth it.

Other Thoughts: For those who didn't know, DVI means Digital VISUAL (or VIDEO) Interface. Your HDMI port might put out audio, but your DVI port doesn't take it in.

Cons: No audio at all! I have tried everything and can't get audio. I have ATI HD 4670hdmi graphics card and get audio from the hdmi port just can't get this to work with my dvi port.

Pros: For those of you wondering, YES it will work with 1.3 series HDMI cables. I'm using 1.3a rated cables and it's working perfectly with my 32" HDTV.

Cons: Absolutely none.

Other Thoughts: Connection: DVI to 10ft HDMI 1.3a to the TV. Running 1920x1080 resolution, I had to change the TV settings to properly display the image, but I don't believe that to be a result of this peripheral. Worth mentioning, however.
