Pros: Works perfectly as a splitter of your single input to two identical outputs.

Cons: As previously mentioned, the power is reduced in half after the split which makes for a slightly darker display. This is still valuable if you're only using this for displaying and not work. You can compensate with the screen's contrast/brightness as well.

Pros: Works like it's supposed to. Splits one vga output into two identical pictures. Picture quality is great. Bought this to split a monitor output at work. Haven't used it for any kind of gaming or anything but from what I can see, the picture is excellent on both screens. Except for the cons.

Cons: The picture on the screens is very dark. This is because the vga output on a computer only puts out so much power to create a picture. And when you use this type of splitter, that power is also split between two monitors. If this is not an issue for you than this splitter is the one you need. There is no degradation in the picture quality other than the brightness issue.
