Pros: Slim design. Easy fit.
For what it's worth, I moved the PC, strectched the cord, stressed the adapter and it pulled apart ruining the adapter but not damaging the card or cable. I see this as a pro.

Cons: I need to replace it because I destroyed it.

Pros: worked about a year

Cons: then same thing: the male plug collapsed under the weight of the cord suspended ~3 feet to the TV. Seems the internal structure too weak. I dissapoited to not be ble to wqach TV anymore

Pros: Newegg gets 2 eggs.

Cons: Tried several different hdmi cables. Had difficulty fitting adapter. When I found a cable that wasn't too bad, it worked sporadically. Sending it back.

Pros: The adapter does what it's supposed to do. Worked just fine right after some cosmetic alterations

Cons: The adapter was not rounded like the one in the picture. It was more boxed than rounded therefore I had to take a kitchen knife to it and cut some of the plastic around the mini HDMI male end. It took a few minutes because I didn't want to mess up any of metal parts. This cost the adapter minus 1 egg :P

Other Thoughts: It is very flimsy looking so be careful what you are using the adapter for. For me this was a replacement for the one that came with my Geforece GTX 465 card that my step daughter had broke when she came into the room and started moving my pc around. Took about 5 days to ship but came cheaper than the ones in the store by about half the price

Pros: the narrow male mini fits into tight spots (like some camcorders) with a needle-nose approach where the squared-off ones will not.

Cons: I was concerned w/ the female-end on my wall-mounted camcorder getting shredded by the heavy 50ft HDMI I'm using, so I tacked the wire so that there was minimal pressure from it to the cam's female HDMI mini. Nevertheless, just as the previous reviewer, the male mini on mine became loose & it failed in just under a year of studio-only usage.

Other Thoughts: I gave it 2 stars for its needle-nose design; sometimes you need it (1 cam out of 6 for me). Furthermore, it's an untested theory, but perhaps it might be best used as a disposable quasi-shock-absorber so that it takes much of the wear-&-tear instead of your device's female HDMI mini connector. But a solid connection is of higher importance to me, and therefore I generally prefer the Bytecc.

Pros: Mini > Standard. Does it's job

Cons: The male plug collapsed under the weight of the cord suspended 12 feet to the TV. Seems the internal structure is crafted as cheaply as it's priced.
