Call to support says it will not work with usb 2. Every other product with USB 3 says it is backwards compatible with USB 2. Windows 7 and XP. Other Thoughts: I will be returning for refund. Pros: can't evaluate, do not have USB 3 port

Cons: message after usb cable plugin to PC is "usb unrecognized". Call to support says it will not work with usb 2. Every other product with USB 3 says it is backwards compatible with USB 2.

Windows 7 and XP.

Other Thoughts: I will be returning for refund.
