Pros: Not much to go wrong here.

Bought it so I could build a Frankenstein PC with an old PSU and a salvaged motherboard. Connectors are a little tight, but the adapter fits and works fine.

Cons: None to speak of. Works as advertised.

Other Thoughts: Cheap and fits.

Pros: Fits great, allows more power to the motherboard, decent quality

Other Thoughts: A month ago, my power supply died and I replaced it with an older (but same rating) one. I had problems where if I had 4 memory sticks installed, it was unstable. It also sometimes died in games. After I installed this and the Rosewill 9.5" EPS 8-Pin Male to ATX 4-Pin Female Cable RCA-RU9.5-P8M-P4F my problems disappeared.

Pros: hooked up a PSU with 20-pin out to a motherboard with 24-pin in with no prob.

Pros: Got this to reuse an old power supply with a newer board. Plugged it in and it worked fine

Other Thoughts: Tried using this on a known good board, and the board did not like it. Plugged in a regular 24 pin power supply to the board and it came right on.

Pros: It makes an older PSU work on newer MoBo. It was under 10 bucks shipping and all.

Other Thoughts: You just never know what is out there until you look.

Pros: It works.

Cons: If there is cons for an adapter they should get out of the business.

Other Thoughts: I didn't upgrade PSU but will be shortly. So i won't need this anymore.

Pros: Works great. Connectors were snug and provided good connection.

Cons: None.

Pros: Not much to it. Just plug it in.

Cons: Connector to mother board doesnt latch. It is loose. It works though.
