Pros: Works great at a fraction of the cost.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Needed a 4 pin to 4 pin 1394 cable to get some digital video off of my Sony camcorder. After looking in the stores, I wasn't about to pay $30 for one. I found this cable on Newegg for $5 and couldn't beleive my eyes. The cable arrived in a plain bag. I plugged it into my camcorder and the other end into the laptop and had my daughters 30 minutes dance recital transfered in a matter of minutes. Great deal.
