I got this so I would have a HDCP complaint cable for watching Bluray when the time comes. As far as I know, only the dual link cables support HDCP. Newegg shipped super fast as usual. Cons: It's a little stiff which may bother some. I see it as durability but others may see it as constricting, especially if used in a smaller space. Hooked it up and had problems scrolling down pages " it would get blurry as you scroll" Also every 2 to 3 hours, the monitor would go black for 2 to 3 seconds. That can get very annoying real fast. Bought another dvi cable and walla, problems gone!! I also had problems connecting the cable to the connectors...couldn't get the screws to screw in. The new cable connected easily.
