Pros: Got one right.

Cons: I ordered QTY (2) 4-pin to 8 pin adapters and got one correct. The other item is a 4-Pin Molex to SATA adapter packed in the same packaging as the 4-pin to 8-pin. Someone needs to look at what they are doing.
