Just connect your laptop's 2.5in drive to this adapter, and connect the adapter to our USB 2.0 to IDE drive adapter (#30500). Then plug the USB to IDE adapter into an available USB port on your desktop.

Your 2.5in drive will appear as a logical drive, and allow you to pull files directly back and forth.

Quick! Just plug in the adapter and you're done. Cons: Power supply connector, (two wire), could possibly slip off. Other Thoughts: To prevent the power supply connector from slipping off, I simply secured it with a small piece of electrical tape.
