Pros: these have 2 female ends which makes it easy to connect. No tools or wire stripping or bad connections to worry about.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: there is another CABLES TO GO RJ45 Keystone Modular in white but not sure if it has two female connections. NewEgg needs better pictures of both ends to see.
