5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: Fit the power supply easily.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I use two of these to connect my two PSUs together to make them as dual power supply. This extension just works great with no problems. I think if you need to extend your main connector to the motherboard, this one will do its job with no problem too.

5 out of 5 eggsNice to have a spare one in your toolbox.

Comments: Well built - will NOT be the cause of your power supply or motherboard going out because of cheap thin wires on some power cables. Thicker wires would be annoyingly hard to bend in a tight space and too thin is dangerous enough to be insane to use.

I recommend this also to people who own one of the Dells that has the nonstandard wiring (yet the same connector - d'oh!) because they only offer a 250 watt. Some of the Dell P4's had a few pins moved - but don't mess with them if you don't know what you're doing! If you tryed to connect those power supplies to a standard motherboard or a standard ATX to theirs you WILL break them.

Also, you can use this for the Xbox to PC case mods people sometimes do. Though why I'd waste a new case on a 733 MHz CPU is beyond me (LOL). It would help to have the extra length that this cable provides.

Most people get this for testing motherboards outside of the case on an antistatic mat or for annoying cases/motherboards that get the cables in the way.

I got mine as a spare.
