Cons: None. Well, I guess it's not gold plated with cool black plugs and it doesn't have mesh sleeves over the wires, lol.

Cons: Quality could be better.

Other Thoughts: Had a 4 pin 12V ATX auxillary (P4) connector that was loose and partially melted - probably due to the high wattage of the Athlon X2 6000+ 125W chip I installed recently.
This was causing random shut downs - and when I wiggled the connector my box would come alive - so I knew this was the issue.
At any rate, plugged this cable on one end to spare L4 connector from my PSU - make sure nothing else shares the peripheral wire, you want only the CPU connected to this.
Not of great build quality, but gets the job done for a small price.
So far stable as a rock.

Pros: Fixed my Raidmax RX-530SS!

Cons: N-A AT ALL!!!!

Other Thoughts: I have a Raidmax Tech RX-530SS. PSU. And I thought it was defective! Would have been a first for Newegg for me. I am not going to lye. I was.... Mad! Then I seen a review's for this and seen it helpted me! Thank you ALL! :)

Pros: This does the only thing it is suppose to do and what I expected it to do. It cant really come damaged and if this wasnt here I would have to buy a new power supply to support P412V connector. It works.

Cons: None, sorry to disappoint you.

Other Thoughts: For the guy that gave 1 star because he found a better deal, this is for rating the product quality not if you found a better deal or not.
