StarTech 4in SATA Power Y Splitter Adapter Cable

Pros: Provided needed power connection to enable install of SSD into my Dell XPS desktop.

Cons: None

Pros: Ok, what better could you ask for.. a splitter that also passes through, so it isn't just a 1 to 2, but rather is a 1 to 3.

Cons: Power supply might not handle the extra load? Just kiddin

Other Thoughts: if you need more SATA power this is a good purchase

Pros: my psu is low on cables, perfect size to hook up my new ssd, super quick delivery, I am a happy customer.

Cons: None.

Pros: Turns one SATA power connector into 3.

Cons: Maybe the power cable ends are a little too close together for my personal preference, but it's not a major issue at all. It's easy to make due.

Other Thoughts: This cable saved me a lot of headache when I wanted a new HDD but had no more SATA power connectors. Works without a hitch, I definitely recommend it.

Pros: Works as advertised, and fast shipping by Newegg, as always.

Pros: Looks, feels, and works like quality.

Cons: The pass-through connector is a little thicker than the others and sticks out a bunch.

Other Thoughts: I bought these to convert my power supplies SATA power cables so they fit my drives/case. Why aren't there more SATA power cables made with the connectors like the middle connector on this cable (where the power enters and leaves the back of the connector)? This is crucial for systems with stacks of 2.5" drives.

Pros: Not as you'd expect - this takes the original source, and splits it into 3. You can't see it in the pictures, but the connector where the power is input has a connector on the other side of it to replace the one you're using for the cable, and then goes out to connect to the other two connectors. So you're getting a good deal here, as it's not adding one, but TWO connectors!

Cons: It didn't come with a huge bag of money... One of these days, I'm going to buy something that comes with a big bag of money, but this isn't it.

Other Thoughts: Does anyone know of anything that comes with big bags of money?

Pros: Short length cables--awesome for cable management, great for 2.5 to 3.5 notebook drive adapters that house my OCZ SSD's..

Cons: sleeving would have been nice, but for this price? I can't complain!!

Pros: Y-Splitter oh ya it works and its good quality

Pros: Does just what is says it does.
Take's one sata and makes it three.

Cons: not that long better make sure whatever you need power to is very close together. Within 3 or 4 inches.
