Pros: It works fine.

Cons: Cable may be a little short if you need to mount on the far side of the MB like I the MB I have....could use an extra couple inches in length....nevertheless I got it to work fine.

Pros: Can't say much about this. It was cheap and it does its job just fine.

Cons: A little flimsy. Not a big deal.

Other Thoughts: The cord is a little short, be weary if you plan on having it far away from the port on the motherboard.
