5 out of 5 eggsWorked as it should

Pros: These are great for stiff Sata power connectors especially for my EVGA PSUs. The wires are loose and not stiff so its easy to connect adjacent HDDs in my case.

Cons: I would have preferred them to be a little longer but the 9/12 in cables are hard to find.

Other Thoughts: These are very useful if you want to attach low power peripherals like SSDs or if you want to reduce the slack on stiff power cables for some PSUs.

5 out of 5 eggsEasy to use

Pros: Surprising enough, I plugged it in and it worked.
I am using it to split power for 2 SSD's right beside each other with a little older power supply.

Cons: I do wish it was a little more flexible. This is an issue with my case though.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect fit

Pros: Perfect length for my side-mounted drive cage so that power and data now come in from the rear and give a much cleaner look to the cabinet.

Price is also very good for the quality so I'm very happy.

Cons: None to be had

4 out of 5 eggsbill m

Pros: works as advertised

Cons: not long enough for powering a USB3 card in a lenovo m90p case.

Other Thoughts: thnk about using Coboc Model SC-PWYC-02MT 8" 15-pin SATA Power Male to 2 x Female Splitter Cable, with one SATA Power Male to Female

5 out of 5 eggsA Necessity

Pros: Just what the doctor ordered to take some of the load off my SSD by attaching a second drive with this Y power cable.. The second drive holds the pagefile, temporary files, and most of my data. So the SSD just cruises along and should last forever. This setup permits the use of old 128 GB SSDs, since all they hold is the operating system, and the system is quite a bit faster than with a hard disk drive.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsStacked SSD's

Pros: The cables come straight back out of the connector instead of orthogonal to the connector. This allows you to lay SSDs to remain close, say in a 2.5" to 3.5" bay adapter, without stressing the connector on the drive and looping wires as compared to the normal "daisy chained" connectors.

Cons: The wires are colored and kinda ugly.

Other Thoughts: Its 18AWG wire so they should be good up to 10A, which a SSD wont get close to.

5 out of 5 eggsI couldn't sleeve it!

Pros: Reduced the amount of cables needed in my case.

Cons: I couldn't find a way to sleeve it.

Other Thoughts: Using it for 2 SSD's mounted on the mobo trey of my case. The angle connectors on my powersupply wouldn't fit, so I needed flat ones like this.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It is what it is, a splitter cable. Works just fine.

Cons: A little stiff, but works ok.
