5 out of 5 eggsNice fit

Pros: - Adapter works to convert slimline SATA ODD connections - to - SATA + SP4 power (a great use for that old floppy power conn or are short on SATA power).

-PCB mounts to end of ODD with 2 provided screws for a solid mount into existing screw holes.

- High quality assembly that is easy to add.

Cons: - Expensive.. You can get 2 of "with power" at the cost of this part.

- If you don't have the floppy power connection, you cannot use this adapter. Find a SATA adapter with power instead.

Other Thoughts: I'm using this in an ITX portable. Space is limited on these builds.
My case has a single 5 inch bay for an optical drive. A slimline slot load Blu-ray writer with this adapter to connect the data and floppy power.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: - Works
- Comes with two screws to mount to back of drive
- Uses the usually empty floppy connector on most PSU cables

Cons: - 20 duckets shipped :(

Other Thoughts: Plugs directly into the LG CT21N I got for my desktop build, 30 second install at most. The picture makes it look larger than it is, the board itself is quite small and the perfect length and width of the back end of a slimline drive. The adapter slips in firmly into the SATA connectors on your drive, but I would still recommend using the screws.
