Pros: -Converts a 4-pin 12V to an 8-pin 12V with one cable.
-Sleeved for modern look and protection.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Nothing negative to say about this cable. Unlike other converter cables that do the same thing, this one accomplishes it while only requiring your old 4-pin 12V connection.

Pros: Forgot to check the power connectors available with my new power supply and sure enough, it had the wrong one. Bought this handy dandy gadget and got my mobo hooked up and running.

Other Thoughts: Newegg Free shipping needs a little help. Would have received part faster if mailed directly through USPS. Poor free shipping method.

Pros: Looked good.

Cons: For whatever reason, my machine won't POST with this cable being used. Granted, it posts and runs just fine using just my 4-pin connector. Go figure. I'm not sure if it's just the cable, but that's what it seems to be.

Other Thoughts: Wanted to get this to just be sure about having the full 8 pins in instead of just my 4-pin, but it seems to work better that way anyway.
