5 out of 5 eggsThey Work

Pros: For PSU cables or motherboards that don't come with 3 pins; this is a good alternative to go to. I use it for the tricool fans for my Antec 900 and it's been working well so far; no complaints. It just works.

Cons: While it can kinda clog up space, it's not too much of a big deal.

Other Thoughts: Good adapter. No other real comments for it.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks fine

Pros: Used a few of these to add extra fans to my case. Worked great.

Cons: None, besides that Molex connections can be frustrating and painful, but that's just how it is.

5 out of 5 eggsLife saver!

Pros: Easy to install! I needed more air, so I installed two new fans. This cable hooks right into any unused power cord from the power supply and plugs right in!

5 out of 5 eggsWorks well so far!

Pros: Got my big 180mm 3 pin fan to 4 pin. Don't know why they such a small selection of 4 pin fans out there now.

Cons: None, has worked awesomely fine so far.

5 out of 5 eggsSimply a must have

Pros: You are probably going to buy a nice big case that allows loads of fans, but you forgot that your MOBO only supports a few connections. This will come in handy so much. Also, you can daisy chain them together for multiple fans and just use up one molex off the PSU

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsNo Problems

Pros: Allows power to be routed to case fans directly from the PSU when there may not be enough locations on the motherboard.

Cons: Nothing at all

Other Thoughts: What more do you expect from some cables?
