Pros: It's an adapter

Cons: It is too wide and too stubby for use on an OptiPlex, it blocks VGA port.

Pros: Replaced an expensive Monster adapter (wife bent it) with this one. It works perfectly fine at a fraction of the cost.

Cons: None for me

Other Thoughts: I'll never pay for cables or adapters at retail home-theater stores ever. HDMI works over the cheap connectors just like it does over the expensive ones.
