Pros: cheep easy to install dose exactly what it should and nothing it shouldn't.

Other Thoughts: i understand why but it did kind of suck paying more for shipping then the unit itself.

Pros: This baby works as advertised.

Cons: The little tab at the bottom of the backplane, that slides into a narrow socket in the computer's case, was too thick. It would not seat at all and consequently the screw that would hold it in place could not be installed either. I had to take it out the the garage and grind a few mils off. After that, it seated perfectly. I admit, this may be due to an overly fussy case.
