5 out of 5 eggsJust what I needed

Pros: SATA Power Combo is just what I needed for my OEM Asus DVD burner. Wires are a decent length. It was easy installation. It fit perfectly in my cramped HP computer case.

Cons: I really don't like the $6 price, but you do pay for quality.

Other Thoughts: I will purchase this accessory again when I begin to build my computer.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks. Good Value.

Pros: It works. They connector bits aren't too big, or too small, or too wiggly, or not wiggly enough, or too fragile, or too stiff, and the length was sufficient to make the connection.

I only got a chance to use this today; the motherboard I got (see build below) came with enough cables initially.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: New Build, Assembled 11/30/12:

5 out of 5 eggsDoes what you need it to

Pros: Ok, so you're using your computer one day and bam, something happens and you snap that stupid little plastic part on the data port on your hard drive. What are you going to do? All that information is now inaccessible! Well simple, get this!

Plugs into both SATA power and data so you can get your hard drive working again!

Cons: It's not a 90 degree SATA cable so it sticks out, and depending on the case you have it might not fit perfectly. This is to be expected from the pictures, so this Con is only a nitpick that isn't actually useful

Other Thoughts: 10/10 would get again if I ever messed up another hard drive.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: Basic 2-in-1 power and sata. Works as advertised and is just long enough to be tucked away for cable management in the MK-I chaser case.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: What more could you ask for? It works and is long enough for most anyone.

5 out of 5 eggsbroken and fix

Pros: I broke the dam plastic L plastic piece off of my sata hard drive. So since the cable would no longer stay I improvised.

I already had plenty of moltex connectors from the psu, so I bought this cable plugged it into both the bower and data port and the power port that still has it's plastic L piece is holding it nice and tight.

Plus I have a usefull connector that replaces one sata power connector with moltex. I accidentally ran into that same problem when I bought a mobo that didn't have the conneector for the ribbon cables. And my dvd drives are pretty dam old.

Cons: None here. I plugged it in, it holds nicely, and the system booted and recognized the drive without a hitch.

Other Thoughts: So If you accidentally snap off those cheapo plastic L holders on your harddrive or dvd drive, SSD, or whatever, be it pulling the cable out (common) Or your dam dog hooking on a cable and sending all your computer parts on a desk flying off smashing into the floor (how mine went) This is your answer.

Well for one broken clip. If both the power and data break, I truly feel for you. Only thing I can say is, I hope ur really good with a sadder gun, or Align em right and weld that sucker to the HDD with glue, cement, something and hope all goes well.

5 out of 5 eggsWorked perfectly

Pros: Served the purpose I needed it for perfectly. The SATA connector is actually just one connection with power and data combined into one connection. Just connect old style 4 pin connector and go!

Cons: none
