Pros: Used to connect my last non 3-pin fan to my controller to be able to adjust speed. Worked great, seems solid.

Pros: Exactly what you need. I have this run through my nzxt sentry mesh fan controller to my fans. Works great on all six fans in my case.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Building a pc you're always looking for ways to cut down on cabling, this of course adds to it, not much, but it does.

Pros: powers the fan just fine

Cons: doesn't allow for accurate speed control of the fans.

Other Thoughts: I didn't notice until after I bought it but the four cords go in but only two come out. For the fans that can plug directly into my MB I can vary the speed greatly. The fans that I use this adapter are basically on or off. Maybe I am doing something wrong.... still if you need to power your fans it is a cheap work around.

Pros: Works.

Cons: The wire's aren't held in tightly. I pulled it and one wire slipped out of the 3 pin connector. It popped back in and is working fine though.

Other Thoughts: I needed this to work with a ZALMAN FAN MATE 2 Fan Controller. Combine this adapter, that Fan Controller and a 4 pin (F) to 3 (M) Adapter cable and you can control the speed of a single Molex fan for cheap without using the motherboard.

Other Thoughts: -Allowed me to connect my Antec 300 Illusion intake Tri-Cool fans to my NZXT Mesh fan controller.
-Just a note, you must set the Antec fans to "High" when using a fan controller or they will not start.
