Pros: Low price. Worked for purpose, initially.

Cons: As they say you get what you paid for. Bought 20 of these adapters and 9 of them failed already. Half of them due to bad mechanical design and the rest due to electronics. The male DP connector breaks easily by just pulling it out of the female socket. The 2 plastic pieces holding the metallic part of the DP connector either splits open or breaks making it unusable unless epoxy or glue is applied to reinforce the connector. These are indeed cheaply made without much quality control.

Other Thoughts: Suggest paying a little more with better quality from other vendors.

Pros: if there is a pro to this product I would like to know what that is??

Cons: Ordered 3 - all 3 are now broken and unusable - the display port came apart in the computers sometimes just by simply plugging it it - also the holes are sunk too deep to screw in the vga cord
