1 out of 5 eggsFAIL!

Pros: NONE

Cons: Bought this because store was closing and a hurry and boy did I get hosed. It did not work. My mac sensed the presence of an adapter but all I get is a BLACK SCREEN!!!! Not happy at all!!! My dvi-d cable is brand new and tested fine. I am so frustrated. I wish I could have done my research prior to purchasing this.

1 out of 5 eggsEyefinity Fail - False Advertising

Pros: None

Cons: I also tried to purchase this for eyefinity and it was a complete fail. Have Gigabyte 7870 ghz. The Catalyst Control center recognized the monitor but I couldn't display regardless of single, double, or triple hookups.

Other Thoughts: There are sites where AMD will tell you what are approved display adapters for Eyefinity. There is a valid one for Mini display port to DVI that worked excellently before. DO NOT BUY this item!

1 out of 5 eggsNot good

Pros: It's cheap?

Cons: Bought this because it shows as an active adapter, I wanted to use this to add a 3rd display to my computer. Previously was doing this with a Mini DP to VGA adapter, but it had a slightly fuzzy imagine, so I figured going digital would be the fix.

This does not work at all. Even with it only being used to signal a second monitor, as any graphics card is capable of doing.

Sending in an email, which is what I feel will probably be a futile attempt at getting tech support, to make sure it's not just a bad adapter.

Other Thoughts: Seems like it should do something even if connected as a second instead of a third display. I am unsure if a graphics card will do the signaling for a Mini DisplayPort when only one other display is in use via DVI/HDMI/Whatever, if not then all Mini-DP adapters SHOULD be active, which is not the case.

Probably going to end up returning this...

1 out of 5 eggsThis does not work at all

Pros: None

Cons: I bought these to work in an eyefinity array with 3 screens and they would not even let the screen come on in any resolution settings. I tried them out of the array and the screen just blinked. They are cheaply put together as well and one was broken before I even got it.

Other Thoughts: Overall bad.
