Pros: Nice, long cord. Plug and Play. Fast transfer speeds, when it works.

Cons: I got a dud when I ordered product. After installing, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When plugging a usb3 hard drive into it, midway through transferring, it will drop connection and want me to reformat my hard drive. It's done this with 5 different drives that I know for a fact work.

Other Thoughts: After contacting newegg about RMA'ing this, they told me that since it was out of stock to keep this item and they would just credit my account. I thought "great", but I still haven't seen any credit yet. Which is unusual, since they are usually right on top of things.

Pros: Works, pin out was great, solved my problem and seems to be HIgh quality materials. Glad I went with this one.

Cons: Only two ports ;/

Other Thoughts: Cable is long enough for my huge case so probably good for most.

Pros: Sturdy, well made, ports spaced far enough apart to plug in wide usb devices.

Other Thoughts: Bought this to add more USB 3.0 ports to a PC. Friend upgraded his board but his cases front usb ports were only USB 2.0. Installed Easy, works fine
