Cons: Will not work with HD SERT application in Windows 7 Pro 64, will not recognize or communicate with interface device. Locks up the application in Windows XP SP3 although it does start to recognize the interface device. Use for dial up modem on my laptop when no VPN available. Tried no-name adapter first but ended up wasting my time and throwing it away. Cons: none, did what i wanted Other Thoughts: no-name kind may have knock-off chips that aren't compatible with latest Windows drivers. Stick with a name brand and Newegg.
