Pros: Looks like nice quality.

Cons: NOT good quality.
Defective, will not run at gigabit speeds.
Is spotty at 10/100 speeds.

Other Thoughts: Will NOT connect at gigabit speed. Modem/Router will only connect at 10/100. Tried old cat5e cable and They are back at gigabit speeds.
Tried a new cable from a different brand and that one connects at gigabit speeds also.
Will cost more to ship back then cost of cable.
Should have read more reviews on BYTECC cables. Seems like a common problem with them not working correctly or being completely DOA.

FYI, if you're looking at replacing cat5e for cat 6, don't bother, as there is no performance difference.

Only if you have a need for some better shielding protection, would you want to consider the switch. (Due to tighter twist of cat 6)

Pros: We've purchaced a dozens of these and they work perfect for our computer/wire racks. We use them to go from the patch panels to the switches. Never a bad cable, always worked perfect

Pros: The price of cable cannot be beaten. Shipping was fast as usual with newegg. Great cable, when they say its 1ft they mean 1 ft. If you tink you need a little longer that 1 ft do not get this cable. It was just the right length for what I needed.

Pros: Perfect length. Cheap price but doesn't appear cheap.

Pros: Connected a cable modem at my house to my router without having a ton of hanging cable below it. Its carrying my internet just fine.

Cons: You need to form its shape ahead of time, my modem is on top of my router and it was lifting it into mid-air at first because it was so stiff.

Pros: it works, no problems surfing the net or playing WoW, cheaper than a few other brands.
