Pros: the right size to link your wifi to your modem

Cons: don't get 1 foot it's too short

Cons: None expect if you under estimated 3 ft of wire lol

Other Thoughts: Read how long it is and try to have more than what you need i needed 4 feet

Pros: Just plain great. Works as advertized at 1Gbps.

Pros: My first order was 36 of these. I expected some duds, but ALL 36 worked perfectly, even in extreme conditions.
These cables are particularly effective in electrically noisy environment (high voltage, 60hz noise, etc.), where cat 5 cables fail miserably!

Cons: Struggling to think of any!

Pros: Category 6 cables at various lengths for a very reasonable price. Good color selection.

Cons: The rubber protector that protects the plastic RJ45 nib prevented me from using one of these cables with my laptop. The port is somewhat recessed, so when the rubber protector runs into the case before the RJ45 connector can seat. This was also a problem in some of my routers, but the clearances were enough that I could still use the cables. You can bend the protector away from the case (greater than 90 degrees in my case) or cut it off.

Other Thoughts: For an RJ-45 port that is greatly recessed, use a cable with a boot protector or no protector.

Pros: Probably not too hard to make a cable this short, but I have no problems with max rate gige performance. The latch cover works great for pulling and requires much less pressure to depress than other covers I have. cat 6 labeling is easy to find.

Cons: Latch cover is a little bit too long to clear normal switch or rj45 port so it interferes when depressing. It should be about 1mm shorter.

Pros: All 18 I ordered arrived in good condition and worked.

The click protectors on Bytecc cables are different, but I really like them for server and network work.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: The ends probably make them inappropriate for laptop usage where you're going to cycle the connector a lot - they require a dedicated effort to disconnect, but then, that's a good thing for many (most?) applications of short cables.

Pros: Shipped fast, look nice.

Cons: One of the three cables I ordered did not work. What can you expect for the price though......

Pros: Great for use on switches where ports are close together (usually anything over 5-8 ports). Notice in the picture that the molded end of the RJ45 connector is no wider than the RJ45 plug itself. Many other brands have molding that makes the end wider than the plug and can make it impossible to use with many switches.

Other Thoughts: Great value for the money.
