Pros: No video lose in business environment, even if there is suppose to be some.

Cons: Cabling is a bit too stiff to go around corners and thick.

Pros: Long! (and dual-link)

Cons: Long cable + splitter = signal problems. Works fine on it's own though.

5 out of 5 eggs2nd pair, great cables

Pros: I've posted before. Just bought two more of these to signal the same 30" monitor @ 2560x1600 and a 24" Dell @ 1920 x 1200. They look perfect, no ghosting or anything so far. I've done some preliminary testing to try and cause artifacts and there are none.

That makes four of these total, all have been great.

Cons: None with this pair.

Other Thoughts: It seems like these are pretty solid cables in general. Solid build, heavy duty, etc.

This is my go-to for 25' dual link DVI, for sure!

4 out of 5 eggsGreat so far! Great Value

Pros: - Excellent value.
- Runs my 30" Dell @ 2560x1600 beautifully.
- using 2 of these
- Seems to be a solid cable.

Cons: - Sometimes when viewing a website with high contrast (black text on white background), I see a very faint ghost of of the edges of the text. This is very minor, and I don't see this in any other situations.

Other Thoughts: I needed these to put my video editing workstation in another room (for noise), and I've been totally happy with their color reproduction and sharpness. Except for the minor and infrequent issue listed above, it performs just as well as my shorter DVI cables used to previously connect.

I would have returned these and gone a much more active, expensive route, but I just didn't need to. I've bought 2, and I'm buying 2 more today.

Also, more cable length means more power needed to push the signal, but as long as the video card is decent it should be fine.

1 out of 5 eggsLousy

Pros: N/A

Cons: I bought three of these cables and they were all defective and made flickering lines appear across my monitors. Switching to a different brand fixed the problem.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Cable

Pros: Great Bang for the buck using this on a monitor and am getting full 1080p using this from gts 450 to semisonic lcd/led monitor. This cable is twice as expensive on competitors website

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: For the price and length of cable this was a no brainier.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: - Good price and 25ft long!
- Very thick cable and seems to be of excellent quality
- Installed 2 months ago and not a single problem

Cons: - Only a small gripe...the signal chokes at the end of the cable (Those plastic round things right before the plug) are really fat.....so thick in fact that I could not put the cable through the cable management slot on my Ultrasharp monitors. No big deal and it only makes sense that they would be that big with the length of the cable.

Other Thoughts: Bought two of these to go between my rackmount cabinet and my desk. Been awesome and I will be buying two more in the future.

4 out of 5 eggsIssues with Dell 2000FP + 9600

Pros: Well built, really can't complain about the construction. It's a perfect length for my situation.

Cons: Cables this long may not work for all hardware. Difficult to predict results in advance.

Other Thoughts: Noticeable noise with a geForce 9600 connected to a Dell 2000FP when running at 1600x1200 (pretty old monitor, perhaps that is part of the problem). Noise free at lower resolutions. I'll probably return this due to the compatibility issues if I can find another cable that performs better.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat DVI cables and image quality for 25 ft cable

Pros: - length (almost 8 meters)
- no distortion in signal - using these to transmit 1920x1080 and 1920x1200 display, and no display quality difference compare to 6 ft standard DVI cables that came with the LCD monitors. Obviously, the thickness of the cables hides very good shielding of signal cables.
- well built, resistant to bending and breaking

Cons: - cost - but when 25 ft makes a fundamental change in your working conditions in a well-paid job (cost of the cable being 25% of hour rate or less), the decision is a no brainer. Still, $28 is quite a sticker price for a non-Monster cable.
- nothing else - just nit-picking. They're thick and stiff so a little difficult to attach to monitors and DVI output on video cards, but then they are thick and stiff for a reason, and that reason is more important to me.

Other Thoughts: * These work great, beyond my expectations, with the highest resolutions I used, with 2 DVI cables from a single GeForce card.
* NewEgg seemed to be the only store carrying 25 ft. DVI cables. I checked elsewhere, no luck. Thank you, NewEgg, for carrying these!
* Use the volume purchase pricing to get a better deal per cable, as you may want to keep 1-2 cables as spares (just in case).
